ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM. \nDevelop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements. \nProvideend-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases. \nAssistin creating test plans, test scripts, and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions. \nAddress and troubleshoot system issues and providetimelyresolutions to ensure smooth system operation. \nCollaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitatesystem changes or enhancements. \nStay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities, trends, and best practices and providerecommendations for process improvements.\nParticipate in project meetings, communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, and provide regular status reports. \nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines. \nA solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nEagerness to
