Responsibilities\nTest Strategy & Planning\nDevelop test plans, test cases, and test scripts in alignmentwith project requirements and development timelines.\n\nDefine and maintain quality metrics, ensuring measurablebenchmarks for product releases.\n\n Manual & Automated Testing\nPerform manual tests, exploratory tests, and regression tests.\nSet up and maintain automated testing environments (e.g., withframeworks like Selenium, Cypress, or PyTest) to streamline QA processes.\n\nIntegrate automated tests into continuousintegration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.\n\n Defect Tracking & Reporting\nIdentify software defects, log them in tracking tools (e.g.,Jira), and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.\n\nWork with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues,prioritizing critical bugs that impact product deliverables.\n\nValidation of Connections & Integrations\nEnsure APIs, data pipelines, and integrations are robust andsecurely configured.\n\nVerify data integrity, system connectivity, and performanceacross multiple environments.\n\nCollaborate with external vendors or partners to test andvalidate integration points.\n\nQuality Documentation & Compliance\nPrepare and maintain documentation for all testing proceduresand results.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards or internalguidelines, particularly in regulated or data-sensitive environments.\n\n Collaboration & Communication\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, productmanagers, DevOps, etc.) to align on feature requirements and acceptance\ncriteria.\n\nProvide clear, actionable insights and recommendations tostakeholders based on testing outcomes.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n Educational Background: Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n(Equivalent experience may be considered.)\n\n Technical Expertise:\nExperience writing and executing manual test plans\nFamiliarity with at least one test automation framework (e.g.,Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Robot Framework, PyTest)\n\nCompetence using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) andtest management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail)\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD processes and tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions\n\n API & Integration Testing:\nHands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing (Postman,SOAPUI, or similar tools)\n\nKnowledge of network connections, data pipelines, andtroubleshooting integration issues\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication for reporting andcoordinating across teams\n\nDetail-oriented approach and continuous improvement mindset\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry Experience: Experiencewith enterprise-scale systems or SaaS products.\n\n Automation & Scripting: Abilityto create custom scripts for advanced test scenarios (e.g., Python, Java,\nJavaScript).\n\n Performance & Security Testing:Familiarity with load-testing and security-testing tools (e.g., JMeter,\nOWASP ZAP).\n\nCertifications: ISTQB, CSTE, orsimilar QA certifications.\n\nSuccess Metrics & Expected\nOutcomes\nDefect Reduction:\nFewer high-priority defects reaching production environment.\nFaster detection of critical bugs in development or stagingenvironments.\n\nTesting
