high-fidelity designs.\n\nCreate and maintain scalabledesign systems and reusable UI components.\n\nUse design systems such asTailwind CSS as a reference for consistent spacing, colors, typography, and\ncomponent design.\n\nMaintain visual consistencyacross products and platforms.\n\nCollaborate with developers andproduct teams during implementation.\n\nReview implemented interfacesand provide design feedback.\n\nConduct usability testing andincorporate user feedback.\n\nPrepare design specifications,assets, and interaction details for development.\n\nContinuously improve existingproducts based on user needs and business goals.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n·Proven experience as a UI/UX\nDesigner, Product Designer, or similar role.\n·Strong experience using Figma\nfor interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.\n·Experience designing enterprise\napplications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or business systems.\n·Strong understanding of\nuser-centered design and usability principles.\n·Experience designing responsive\nweb and mobile interfaces.\n·Experience designing complex\nworkflows and data-dense interfaces.\n·Understanding of design systems\nand reusable component libraries.\n·Strong attention to detail and\nvisual consistency.\n·Ability to communicate design\ndecisions clearly.\n·A portfolio demonstrating\nrelevant UI/UX and enterprise application work.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designingapplications for manufacturing, logistics, finance, education, or other\noperational industries.\n\nExperience conducting userinterviews or usability testing.\n\nFamiliarity with design systemsbased on Tailwind CSS or similar systems.\n\nExperience working withrole-based access, permissions, and multi-tenant applications.\n\nUnderstanding
