The role involves importing Claude Code outputs into Figma, refining them for visual consistency, usability, responsiveness, and interaction quality, and ensuring seamless developer handoff through well-structured design specifications and systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nImport live UI outputs from Claude Code into Figma through MCP and convert them into editable design files\nRefine screens for layout, spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, edge cases, and interaction states\nCreate and improve prototypes, including micro-interactions and flow-level design enhancements\nReview coded UI outputs and identify gaps between visual design and implementation\nPrepare accurate developer handoff assets through Figma Dev Mode, including specifications, components, and tokens\nMaintain and evolve a scalable design system aligned with product and engineering needs\nCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to support rapid iteration and delivery\nEnsure consistency, accessibility, and implementation readiness across all design outputs\nRequired Qualifications\n3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or design engineering\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, Dev Mode, and design systems\nFamiliarity with Figma MCP workflows and design-to-development collaboration\nAbility to read and review front-end code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind\nExposure to AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms\nStrong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals\nHigh attention to detail and ability to bring raw prototypes to production-quality finish\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in motion design using tools such as Framer or Lottie\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards and WCAG best practices\nExperience working with design
