The ideal candidate will possess strong technical project management skills, technical expertise in data platforms, and experience engaging with government and enterprise customers in India. A key part of the role involves active customer engagement, understanding client requirements, and preparing compelling project proposals tailored to customer needs.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the data exchange platform projects.\n\n- Engage with Indian government clients and other stakeholders to understand their data sharing needs and operational requirements.\n\n- Prepare, develop, and present comprehensive project proposals, including scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits, tailored to customer initiatives.\n\n- Foster ongoing customer relationships, managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, security, and compliance to meet customer requirements.\n\n- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.\n\n- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.\n\n- Ensure that platform features align with data privacy, security, and governance standards pertinent to government and public sector clients.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user satisfaction.\n\n- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, and resource constraints.\n\n- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and clients.\n\n- Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.\n\n- 8+ years of experience in program/project management within software development or data platforms.\n\n- Proven experience managing customer engagements, developing project proposals, and delivering customer-focused solutions.\n\n- Experience working with government or public sector clients in India is highly desirable.\n\n- Familiarity with data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements in India (e.g., IT Act, data localization laws).\n\n- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data APIs, and system integration.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and adapt to evolving customer requirements.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n- Knowledge of Indian government digital initiatives like Digital India, NIC, or MeitY standards.\n\n- Experience in preparing technical and commercial project proposals.\n\n- Experience working in multilingual and multi-stakeholder environments.\n\n- Exposure to cybersecurity and data sovereignty
