Performs daily inventory counts on all campuses and satellite locations. Provides daily inventory reports on property and asset tagged products and goods. Keeps accurate records of all Grant and Non-Grant funded inventory and surplus goods. Assists in inventory counts, fixed assets and disposal of surplus property. Coordinates inventory or property transfers and relocations. Makes timely and accurate inventory adjustments.\nSPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDaily Inventory of all campuses (25%)\nCompletes data input of received good information in ERP system (15%)\nKeeps accurate records, inspects goods received for property and asset tags (15%)\nTracks inventory of moved and transferred products to and from other campuses, locations, departments (15%)\nKeeps accurate records of surplus items and auction inventory (15%)\nSubmits reports on lost, misplaced, moved and damaged inventory (5%)\nProvides inventory write-off reports to department head and CFO (5%)\nCompletes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. (5%)\nQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or the equivalent\nMinimum two (2) years related experience\nPossess analytical abilities needed to investigate/audit and resolve inventory discrepancies\nKnowledge of supply chain functions and duties\nExperience with receiving, asset tagging and inventory management\nDetail oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately\nValid Florida driver’s license\nStrong communications skills\nGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Suites\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of seventy-five (75) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary.
