will you do but not limited to:\nAssist in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns across channels such as social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, WhatsApp, and website. \nAssist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and brand activations. \nCreate and curate content (copywriting, captions, and simple visual assets) that reflects the INDICO products. \nSupport the management of the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels. \nAssist in drafting press releases, newsletters, articles, and other internal/external communication materials. \nSupport the preparation of marketing collateral such as pitch decks, company profiles, and event materials. \nMonitor social media and campaign performance, then compile weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. \nAssist in competitor analysis, trend research, and audience insights to improve communication strategies. \nParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign and content ideas. \nCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners such as agencies, vendors, and media to support smooth campaign execution. \nMaintain and organize marketing assets and documentation (digital and/or physical) in a well-structured filing system.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields. \nPrevious internship or hands-on experience (e.g., part-time, freelance, volunteer, or organizational projects) in marketing, communications, content creation, or social media management is a plus. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). \nFamiliarity with content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media platforms and analytics tools. \nA balanced perspective between creativity and data-driven thinking. \nBasic understanding of branding, copywriting, and digital marketing trends. \nSelf-learner, ambitious, good attitude, and excited by challenges. \nAble to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated. \nDetail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. \nAvailable for a 6-month internship program. \nNice to have: portfolio or samples of content/writing (social media, blog, campaign project,
