As the on-site leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within their city, acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution.\nThe Role\n The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a small depot, executing and coordinating all workflows personally due to the reduced team size and the absence of specialised units (Servicing, RV Sales, Support). This role is 70-80% hands-on, ensuring smooth operational flow, strong customer service, accurate documentation, and reliable fleet readiness. Moreover, the Branch Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for cost control within the depot, including the efficient use of consumables, the prevention of unnecessary expenses, the minimisation of rework, and disciplined operational spending.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and coordinate all rental workflows: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (Including cleaning and maintenance);\nTrack daily KPIs;\nPromote ancillary products through value-based selling;\nConduct basic RV/van checks (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tyres);\nPromptly escalate complex technical or mechanical problems to regional servicing teams;\nMaintain complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in the operational systems;\nCoordinate daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation across the small team, including demonstrating SOPs and onboarding tasks for new hires;\nOversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments;\nPractical Requirements\nAble to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10-15 kg) and able to stand, walk, and move across the depot for long periods;Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed, lift or move light-to-moderate items (10-15 kg);\n\nComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions;\nFlexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods, supporting urgent operational needs;\n2 -
