By upholding high standards in recruitment, you help ensure that we attract the right talent to drive our mission forward.\nWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process across North America, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.\nAnalyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality.\nSupport the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compensation changes, internal mobility, and compliance-related processes.\nEnsure HR systems, policies, and people processes are executed accurately and efficiently to support a growing organization.\nPartner with managers to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.\nSupport the implementation of people programs and initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.\nContribute to strategic HR projects focused on organizational growth, process optimization, automation, and scalability.\nWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nUp to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar role.\nExperience managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.\nDemonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.\nIntellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas.\nFluency in English is mandatory.\nAre you ready to Go
