partners.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupporting the executive management in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks\nServing as a liaison between executive management, the team, partners, and service providers\nHandling confidential and sensitive tasks in close collaboration with executive management\nGeneral office and administrative tasks, as well as maintaining databases\nIndependently handling selected topics and special assignments\nProfessional correspondence and scheduling coordination\nParticipating in approval and coordination processes\nAssisting with contractual matters\nOrganizing business trips and processing travel expense reports (tool-supported)\nAbsence management\nPreparation for trade shows and events\nSupport for order processing\nComplete shipping processing, including customs and logistics handling\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in economics or a completed commercial apprenticeship\nExperience in an executive assistant role\nFluent in German (C1)\nStrong organizational skills and excellent time management\nHigh level of discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness\nIndependent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work\nStrong communication skills and a confident demeanor\nInterest in business contexts and strategic topics\nFlexibility and resilience, even when work situations change on short notice• Proficiency with MS Office and digital
