This individual will support ATE lab activities, working closely with test and product engineers, while maintaining the lab environment to ensure high productivity and efficient operations. The schedule for this role is a graveyard shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 3 days per week.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform manual and/or handler-based testing of ICs in ATE and/or bench environments.\nMaintain inventory and tracking of engineering lots, tools, commonly used items, and equipment.\nAssemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the component level. Perform soldering and rework on fine-pitch components (0201, 0402, QFN, BGA, etc.).\nMaintain and coordinate calibration and upkeep of electrical lab equipment.\nAdhere to all lab safety and compliance policies.\nPerform other lab-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications (Minimum)\nExperience working in an IC engineering lab.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to document work and write basic reports.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nAbility to work 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3rd shift) 3-4 days per week; specific hours and workdays may be discussed.\nAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods.\nQualifications (Preferred)\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
