The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS module implementations, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live support.Key\nResponsibilities: Lead Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from initiation through completion. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Partner closely with business users, IT teams, leadership, and board-level stakeholders. Ensure users remain informed, engaged, and supported throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and organizational challenges. Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.\nRequirements Required\nQualifications: Strong experience managing Oracle EBS on-premise projects. Proven understanding of the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS module implementations. Experience working directly with business users, IT teams, and executive leadership. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate internal politics and maintain user engagement. Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and execution. Experience with long-term enterprise transformation or ERP programs. Engagement Type: Full-time contract opportunity. Potential long-term engagement of 2-3 years for the right candidate.
