As the subject matter expert for store signage, this role partners cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Creative Studio, Marketing, and external vendors to develop and execute accurate, timely, and effective signage solutions across the store network.\nKEY PERFORMANCE METRICS\nSuccessful delivery of seasonal and ad hoc signage programs on time, within budget, and with a high degree of accuracy\nAccuracy and maintenance of store profile information used for signage distribution and execution\nTimely resolution of signage-related support requests and inquiries\nPositive feedback and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders\nContinuous improvement of signage processes, tools, and communication\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSignage Strategy & Execution\nPartner with Visual Merchandising Teams to:\nAct as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for signage programs and processes\nDevelop, audit, and manage signage matrices for seasonal campaigns and initiatives\nCoordinate signage reviews with Visual Merchandising leadership and key stakeholders\nCreate and distribute clear, actionable communications to support seasonal signage execution in stores\nDevelop training resources and educate partners on signage standards, tools, and processes\nSupport seasonal changeovers, new store openings, renovations, and other key business initiatives as required\nPartner with Creative Studio to:\nLead signage briefing and copy request processes, ensuring clear and complete project requirements\nCollaborate on creative reviews to ensure signage supports merchandising and business objectives\nMaintain the accuracy of signage matrices throughout project lifecycles\nReview final artwork files to ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness\nManage timelines and cross-functional communication for ad hoc signage projects, store openings, renovations, and special initiatives\nPartner with Signage Vendors to:\nCoordinate signage programming and production requirements\nManage invoice processing and budget tracking with accuracy and timeliness\nResolve production, delivery, and quality-related issues\nCollect and communicate signage shipment and tracking information to stores and stakeholders\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nMaintain and continuously improve signage tools, portals, and documentation\nManage signage-related support tickets and inquiries\nMaintain accurate store profile information to support operational efficiency\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and enhance consistency across the store network\nLeverage technology and innovative solutions to improve signage workflows and communication\nPeople\nBuild strong partnerships across teams to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively\nShare knowledge, best practices, and expertise with colleagues and stakeholders\nFoster collaboration by encouraging diverse perspectives and open communication\nInfluence without direct authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams\nSupport a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability\nCultural\nModel Indigo's values and contribute positively to team culture\nEmbrace diversity of thought and foster an inclusive environment\nDemonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset\nActively support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives\nSCOPE\nReports To: Manager, Visual Merchandising -
