This is a fixed-term seasonal position where you'll play a vital role in creating authentic and memorable experiences for our customers. You'll be the friendly face on our sales floor, helping to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment while supporting daily store operations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.\nEngage warmly with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and curating personalized product recommendations\nSupport daily store operations, including inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, product returns, shelving, and processing incoming merchandise\nCreate visually appealing and stimulating store displays using merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience\nMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values\nDemonstrate product knowledge and share compelling stories that connect customers to our brand\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and inquiries\nCollaborate with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for improving both employee and customer experiences\nContribute actively to a safe and healthy work environment by prioritizing health and safety protocols\nMaintain flexibility and adaptability when assigned to various store areas and tasks\nTake ownership of personal development and provide constructive feedback to colleagues and the leadership team\nWork assigned shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required\n Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment (preferred but not required)\nDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nAdaptability and flexibility with a genuine willingness to learn new skills and processes\nAbility to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time\nPhysical capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed\nProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges\nStrong time management and organizational skills\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems (preferred)\nCustomer service orientation with a genuine desire to add value to every interaction\n Indigo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain aspects of the hiring process, such as screening and assessments.
