The role also enables enterprise process redesign efforts by partnering with process owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to apply Indigo’s process redesign methodology and surface improvement opportunities that enhance Indigo’s productivity, customer experience, employee engagement, and cost effectiveness.\nMISSION\nTo support the strategic planning process with the scheduling, tools, meeting syntheses and balanced scorecard monitoring, and to faciliatate and support Indigo’s sociotechnical systems (STS)-based process redesign initiatives.\nKEY PERFORMANCE METRICS\nStakeholder satisfaction with strategic planning facilitation, tools, and support.\nStakeholder satisfaction with process redesign support and outcomes.\nEnhanced knowledge of STS methodology across the organization.\nTimely completion of Strategic Planning Process outputs.\nTimely completion of process redesign engagements within agreed scope.\nIdentification and tracking of process improvement opportunities relating to cost effectiveness, customer experience, employee experience, and productivity.\nAdherence to, and adoption of, Indigo’s sociotechnical systems process redesign methodology.\nKEY RELATIONSHIPS\nReports to the Chief Administrative Officer\nLeads: Analyst, Process Redesign\nInterfaces with: CEO, Executive Team and senior leaders, process owners and subject matter experts\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategic Planning Leadership\nFacilitate Indigo’s annual strategic planning process, including the planning calendar, leadership sessions, materials, tools, templates, and process discipline required to align on enterprise, business unit, and operating unit priorities.\nSupport the CEO, Executive Team, and senior leaders in developing strategic objectives, success measures, annual operating priorities, and multi-year plans.\nFacilitate strategic planning and ideation sessions, SWOT reviews, prioritization exercises, and cross-functional planning sessions.\nConduct research and environmental scanning to surface risks, opportunities, competitive trends, technology developments, and customer insights relevant to Indigo’s strategy.\nMonitor, compile, and prepare quarterly and annual reporting on Balanced Scorecards, strategic initiatives, and key performance indicators.\nFamiliarize new leadership hires with Indigo’s Strategic Planning Process.\nCoordinate quarterly town hall planning and content with cross-functional partners and the Executive Team to communicate strategic priorities, progress, and enterprise updates.\nProcess Redesign & Continuous Improvement\nSupport and lead cross-functional process redesign engagements by guiding process owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts through current-state process mapping, analysis, redesign, and recommendation development consistent with STS methodology.\nPartner with process owners to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, customer outcomes, employee experience, and cost-effectiveness.\nSupport process owners in implementing approved recommendations, including governance, change planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.\nIdentify automation, workflow optimization, AI enablement, and digital transformation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, employee experience, or customer outcomes.\nDevelop tools, templates, standards, and resources that strengthen Indigo’s process improvement capabilities.\nMonitor process improvement benefits with process owners and recommend corrective actions where required.\nPeople Leadership\nManage, coach, and develop the Process Redesign Analyst, building capability in process redesign, business analysis, automation, AI tools and strategic planning methodologies\nGuide secondees or cross-functional contributors assigned to specific process redesign engagements, as required.\nModel Indigo’s Guiding Principles.\n A passion for solving complex business problems through disciplined systems thinking, intellectual curiosity, and sound business acumen.\nStrong judgment, discretion, and executive presence.\nThe ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across the organization.\nA commitment to fostering continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across Indigo.\nA relevant degree from a leading university, with a strong record of academic achievement.\nExpertise in strategic planning, business analysis, process design, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\n Indigo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain aspects of the hiring process, such as screening and assessments.
