Will be the interface between the customers, Internal and external logistics users, service providers, suppliers, freight forwarders and Importer/Exporter of Records agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\nThe post holder will be required to take on any additional duties which may be considered within the remit of the role.\nAccountabilities / Objectives: listed but limited to\nSpare Parts Management Services\nTo co-ordinate all aspects of the warehousing and logistics service delivery across all countries.\nTo interface the relationship with the customers, internal and external service providers, and suppliers.\nTo manage and prioritise the logistics shared mailbox. \nTo co-ordinate and optimise the day-to-day activities, including but not limited to; prepare and monitor documentation for Inbound and outbound stocks, monitor and report minimum stock levels, implement, and monitor customers repair cycles and general customer adhoc requests.\nTo co-ordinate the storage, calibration and distribution of company PPE, tooling, and asset management in line with engineering teams. \nTo collate and report on Indigo’s logistics performance in meeting SLAs and KPI targets through regular service review meetings with the customers, internal and external service providers, and suppliers.\nEnsure 100% spare parts stock is always maintained.\nEnsure that the spares service is cost optimised to contribute positively to Indigo’s margins.\nEnsure all logistics services relating to chargeable customer, providers and suppliers’ activities are covered by a valid Indigo purchase order, submitted for approval, and followed up on completion.Domestic and International Shipping Services\n\nTo co-ordinate all aspects of Domestic and international shipping. \nTo interface the relationship with the Importer/Exporter of Records agencies for all cross-border trade controls; ensuring that Indigo is fully compliant with the export control laws and licenses required to ship within and outside the European Union. \nEnsure all outgoing deliveries are made on time including full documentation, compliance checks, import/export permits and licensing (where applicable) and declarations.\nEnsure the shipping request form received from the customer is complete so that the information can be transferred to the shipping company.\nLiaise with the shipping company to ensure all documentation relevant to shipment is completed.\nEnsure the clearance of all shipments through the relevant customs channels.\nAgree, manage and control all customs charges, taxes and duties on the customers’ behalf; Ensure that these are reclaimed/repaid as required.\nProvide weekly/monthly reporting as requested to evidence compliance with the trade controls obligations, providing on an as needed basis, commercial invoicing, customs declarations, export licenses.\nEnsure all shipping services relating to chargeable customer, providers and suppliers’ activities are covered by a valid Indigo purchase order, submitted for approval, and followed up on completion. \nAbout You\nSkills/Knowledge/Qualifications:\nMinimum education level: 5 GCSE’s or similar; to include Maths and English.\nPrior experience in administration, international logistics, stock management preferred.\nExcellent standard of written & spoken English; excellent telephone manner.\nAbility to adapt to lead new processes and working practices.\nSound commercial knowledge.\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.\nPC literate, especially with regard to Microsoft Office suite.\nSelf-motivated, and able to work to own initiative.\nAbility to effectively manage own time and workload.\nAbility to resolve issues in challenging circumstances.\nFlexible approach to role, with the ability to adapt and react to business and customer needs.\nDiligent attention to detail and attention to health and safety.\nWorking Environment:\nThe position is based at the Indigo headquarters in South Wales and occasional travel may be required.\n\nAbout Indigo\nIndigois a strategic operational partner for critical digital infrastructure.
