This role owns execution excellence, architectural integrity, AI-driven innovation, and team leadership across Salesforce programs, while driving the transition from vendor-led delivery models to a scalable internal delivery organization.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce multi-cloud expertise, strong Agile delivery leadership, and hands-on experience with Agentforce, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation, along with the ability to manage and mentor offshore teams delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n- Establish and lead the ACSII Salesforce team, ensuring the right technical skills, collaboration, and delivery standards are in place.\n\n- Design and oversee Salesforce architecture for Salesforce multi-cloud platform including integrations and data model.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical roadmaps.\n\n- Lead technical design reviews and ensure solutions follow best practices, security, and governance standards.\n\n- Manage integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.\n\n- Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and Agile delivery and deployment of Salesforce capabilities.\n\n- Collaborate closely with U.S. based technology leaders, product managers and architects.\n\nDelivery Execution:\n\n- Act as the primary offshore point of accountability for Salesforce delivery.\n\n- Contribute to the modernization of the ACS Membership Platform and related digital platforms.\n\n- Lead the structured transition of Salesforce delivery from external vendors to internal offshore teams.\n\n- Define and execute knowledge transfer plans, documentation standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\n- Lead architecture strategy for low-code/no-code solutions, Agentforce-based automation, Agentic workflows and conversational experiences and AI-powered workflows.\n\n- Translate business and functional requirements into delivery milestones, timelines, and success metrics.\n\n- Evaluate and recommend new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.\n\n- Proactively manage delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and issue resolution.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n- Strong experience with Salesforce Ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce / AI capabilities, Lightning Platform, Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.\n\n- Architecture & Integration: API-led architecture, MuleSoft, REST / GraphQL APIs, Event driven architecture, Microservices architecture, Cloud-native design patterns.\n\n- Cloud & Modern Platforms: AWS, DevOps / CI/CD, Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), CIAM (SSO, OAuth, SAML).\n\n- Data & Analytics: Enterprise data architecture, data integration and pipelines, Customer data platforms (CDP), Data governance frameworks.\n\n- AI, Automation & Platform Services: Agentforce implementation and governance, Agentic workflows and conversational automation, AI-powered decisioning and productivity automation, Low-code / no-code automation (Flows, orchestration).\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n- 8-12 years of IT delivery and solution leadership experience, with 4-6 years focused on Salesforce delivery.\n\n- Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, configuration, customization, and integration patterns.\n\n- Experience leading technical teams and establishing architecture standards.\n\n- Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams, sprint execution, and release management.\n\n- Experience supporting modernization, cloud transformation, or portal migration programs.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in a global delivery environment.\n\n- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect, Agentforce Specialist, and/or Scrum Master are a plus.\n\nAdditional Information:\n\n- Interview process: 3 technical rounds.\n\n- Work model: Hybrid.\n\n- Location: Pune.\n\nAbout ACS-I India:\n\nACS International India Pvt Ltd.
