You will lead a small internal infrastructure team and work closely with strategic external service providers responsible for the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure environment.\n\nThis is ahands-on management role. The successful candidate will not only coordinate people and suppliers but will also remain technically engaged in infrastructure design, troubleshooting, technology decisions, projects and continuous improvement.\n\nThe role is responsible for ensuring that infrastructure services aresecure, reliable, resilient, cost-effective and aligned with business needs.\n\n Your responsibilities:\n\n Management, Technical Leadership & Vendor Management\n\nLead IT infrastructure services across the Baltic States, ensuring reliable, secure and cost-effective delivery.\n\nManage and develop the internal small infrastructure team, set priorities and act as the main technical escalation point.\n\nManage strategic vendors, outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, service reviews and supplier performance.\n\nArchitecture, Technology & Infrastructure Modernisation\n\nOwn the infrastructure architecture, technical standards and roadmap across cloud, on-premises, network, workplace, identity and core infrastructure services.\n\nDesign and evolve hybrid infrastructure solutions that support scalability, resilience, cybersecurity, business continuity and regulatory requirements.\n\nDrive cloud adoption, automation, standardisation and modernisation initiatives, including platforms required for data and AI capabilities.\n\nOperations, Resilience & Security\n\nOversee infrastructure availability, performance, monitoring, backup, recovery, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.\n\nCoordinate incidents, problems, changes and service improvements, ensuring root-cause analysis and effective remediation.\n\nWork with cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to manage risks, ensure compliance and support secure infrastructure changes.\n\n Requirements:\n\n 5+ years of experience as IT infrastructure manager, Lead infrastructure architect or a related similar role.\n\n3+ years of experience leading technical function or infrastructure services.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid environments.\n\nExperience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle Exadata is a significant plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualisation, identity and workplace technologies.\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise identity platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.\n\nExperience managing external IT service providers and negotiating/monitoring SLAs.\n\nExperience with infrastructure projects, technology transformation and service improvement.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage deeply in complex technical issues.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.\n\nGood understanding of IT financial management, vendor management and risk management.\n\nStrong English communication skills.\n\n We hope that you like:\n\n Employee insurance.\n\nHealth insurance that covers various medical services.\n\nEmployee discount on LD insurance products.\n\nAccess to the best-in-class training and development programs.\n\nHybrid working arrangements.\n\nWorkcation (up to 182 days per year in EU).\n\nUp to 5 additional days off (after 2 years working term).\n\nVolunteering days (2 days per year).\n\nMonthly salary: 6,000 – 7,100 EUR gross\n\nSalary bonuses.\n\n Salary\n\n 6000-7100\n €/mon.\n gross\n\n Work place\n\n J.
