Minimum 3 years of experience developing functionality in Model-driven apps and Canvas apps based upon the tools of the Microsoft Power Platform stack.\n\nYour team:\n\nThe Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of Product Owners (Functional Leads), Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), Power Platform Developers, a Technical Architect, a QA Engineer and the Head of CRM Systems. The Power Platform developer will refer to the Head of CRM Systems and work in close collaboration with the team members located in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Denmark.\n\nThe Lithuanian IT office:\n\nThe Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI/Data/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of CRM developer profiles, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.\n\n Key responsibilities:\n\n Understand business needs and operational processes to design user friendly and intuitive UX / UI for desktop and mobile devices\n\nConfigure and customize functionality in Model-driven apps and Canvas apps to meet business requirements\n\nCreate and maintain Power Automate flows\n\nAlign technical design and architecture with the Technical Architect and Developers within the CRM team\n\nCollaborate with the Functional Leads, Senior Consultants and Developers in refinement of new features\n\nEnsure high-quality delivery through thorough testing, participation in code reviews and adherence to agreed development standards.\n\nCreate and maintain accurate technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared and documentation remains up to date.\n\nSupport platform governance by promoting standardization, best practices, and scalable solution design\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools and methodologies.\n\nPerform system maintenance, upgrades, and platform enhancements while minimizing disruption to business users.\n\nSupport the CRM team members in questions regarding functionality and business logic\n\nContribute to team success by delivering assigned tasks on time and supporting colleagues to keep projects on schedule.\n\n Your profile:\n\n Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with app development using the Microsoft Power Platform tools.\n\nExperience with Power Platform Solutions, solution layering, managed and unmanaged solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, test and multiple production environments.\n\nExperience with Model-driven apps, Canvas apps and Custom Pages.\n\nExperienced in working with Dataverse configuration and role-based security (Tables, Relationships, Forms, Views, Security Roles).\n\nExperience with Power Fx and JavaScript.\n\nExperience with creating and maintaining Power Automate flows.\n\nExperience with Power Apps Performance Optimization and Off-line mode.\n\nGeneral knowledge about other Power Platform tools.\n\nExcellent communication and team collaboration skills.\n\nFluent in written and spoken English.\n\nExperience with Power BI / Paginated Reports is an advantage but not required.\n\nExperience with Copilot Studio is an advantage but not required.\n\nExperience with Azure AI Foundry is an advantage but not required.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n\nDelivering high-quality CRM functionality that support business objectives.\n\nDeliver user friendly and intuitive features, that perform well on different devices.\n\nDeliver solutions that are well-designed to cater for ease of maintenance, future enhancements and scalability.\n\nDeliver a high level of quality and continuous focus on improvements.\n\nFollow best practice and procedures defined within the CRM Team and the Group IT organization.\n\nCurious to explore new technology, quick to learn new tools and adopt new ways of working\n\nClose collaboration and being in touch with the CRM team members on a daily basis.\n\nBuild close relationships with all CRM team members as well as the team in the tech hub of Vilnius.\n\n Company offers:\n\n At Royal Unibrew, we’re not just about the bottom line – we’re about people.
