The role provides technical expertise throughout project lifecycle, working closely with internal sales team in Lithuania, international MULTIVAC Group units, and external suppliers to develop life effective and commercially viable solutions in wide scope of complexity and automation. The position also supports project coordination and customer-facing technical activities together with experienced team of sales engineers.\n\nWhat this role IS:\n\nThis is a role of technical implementation and solution development where calculations, technical design and pricing estimates are made in a pre-sales phase.\n\nTis is a hands-onrole responsible for project coordination after the delivery contract is signed.\n\nWhat this role IS NOT:\n\nAn active sales role where the initial contact with the client party is made.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPre-sales delivery:\n\nDevelop preliminary system concepts, technical proposals, and project cost estimates.\n\nPrepare and present technical specifications, quotations, and business cases to support customer decision-making.\n\nCollaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to develop technically and commercially viable solutions.\n\nConduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations to communicate value and address technical requirements.\n\nSupport the sales process from initial opportunity assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and handover to project execution.\n\nIdentify technical risks, constraints, and opportunities to optimize solution design, cost, and performance.\n\nProject Coordination:\n\nCoordinate with technical specialists, project teams, the MULTIVAC Group, and third-party suppliers to develop customer solutions.\n\nOwn and manage projects from order to handover via MULTIVAC CRM system\n\nReview machine and production-line specifications\n\nConfigure machines and production-line solutions\n\nCoordinate partners, both internally and externally\n\nOrder, follow up on, and plan equipment\n\nDocumentation, quality assurance, and technical control\n\nConduct factory acceptance tests\n\nActively participate in sales and project meetings\n\nInternal Collaboration:\n\nWork closely with sales, engineering, project management, and administrative teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.\n\nShare market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant departments.\n\nContribute to sales planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.\n\n What We’re Looking For:\n\n 3+ years of experience in project engineer or technical engineer roles within industrial, manufacturing, packaging, automation, or technical environments.\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n\nUnderstanding of machinery/production equipment\n\nExperience with AutoCAD, DraftSight, 2D/3D tools, or equivalent would be considered as an advantage.\n\nGood general understanding of technology and a curious mindset\n\nA structured approach to work and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously\n\nUnderstanding of food packaging, processing, automation, or industrial equipment solutions is considered an advantage.\n\nSkills and Competencies:\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\n\nTechnical awareness and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nFluent Lithuanian language skills.\n\nGood English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).\n\nPersonal Attributes:\n\nResults-oriented and proactive mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\n\nProblem-solving attitude.\n\n What We Offer:\n\n Professional development and career growth opportunities.\n\nFriendly, collaborative, and supportive working environment.\n\nFlexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance.\n\nOpportunity to work on technically challenging and meaningful projects.\n\nPerformance-based bonus system.\n\n Salary\n\n 3000-3600\n €/mon.\n gross\n\n Work place\n\n Bičiulių g. 29, Bukiškis, 14182 Vilniaus r. sav.
