The tasks cover the process from design to development, testing and deployment and requires a strong commitment to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with the business requirements and goals. Minimum 5 years of experience with developing integrations based upon the Microsoft Azure stack: Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Application Security.\n\nExperience with SAP integrations is an advantage, but not required.\n\nYour team:\n\nThe Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of Product Owners (Functional Leads), Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), Power Platform Developers, a Technical Architect, a QA Engineer and the Head of CRM Systems. The integration developer will refer to the Head of CRM Systems and work in close collaboration with the team members located in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Denmark.\n\nThe Lithuanian IT office:\n\nThe Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI/Data/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of CRM developer profiles, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.\n\n Key responsibilities:\n\n Build and maintain integrations with Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus.\n\nDesign, develop and consume REST APIs and system interfaces, and expose and manage APIs through Azure API Management.\n\nSecure access through Entra ID, Managed Identities and OAuth.\n\nConnect Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to external systems, using C#/.NET where required.\n\nImplement structured error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, logging and telemetry using Azure services and Application Insights.\n\nDesign for scalability, reliability and performance; test, troubleshoot and review code.\n\nSupport refinement, documentation, releases and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nWork closely with the Technical Architect and development team to define and follow integration patterns, coding standards, security principles and ALM practices.\n\nTranslate integration requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with the Technical Architect, ensuring alignment with the overall CRM and integration architecture.\n\n Your profile:\n\n Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing integrations on Microsoft Azure.\n\nStrong experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.\n\nStrong C#/.NET development skills.\n\nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON-based integrations.\n\nGood understanding of asynchronous and event-driven integration patterns.\n\nExperience with authentication and authorization using Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and Managed Identities.\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, retry mechanisms and exception handling in distributed integrations.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nUnderstanding of integration concepts such as idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues, throttling and message correlation.\n\nExperience integrating Dynamics 365 / Dataverse is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience integrating SAP is an advantage.\n\nComfortable taking technical ownership and making design decisions.\n\nStrong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n\nIntegrations are reliable, secure, observable and easy to support.\n\nNew integrations follow consistent architecture and development standards.\n\nFailures can be quickly identified, understood and recovered from.\n\nIntegration solutions can scale without requiring major redesign.\n\nAPIs and integration components are reusable where appropriate.\n\nDeployments are automated and repeatable across environments.\n\nThe integration landscape remains maintainable as CRM and SAP evolve.\n\nYou actively contribute to technical design discussions and help improve the team’s integration practices.\n\nYou are a trusted technical sparring partner for the Technical Architect and actively contribute to integration design decisions.\n\n Company offers:\n\n At Royal Unibrew, we’re not just about the bottom line – we’re about people.
