Minimum 5 years of experience developing functionality in Model-driven apps using the tools of the Microsoft Power Platform stack and the capabilities to extend functionality through custom code.\n\nYour team:\n\nThe Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of Product Owners (Functional Leads), Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), Power Platform Developers, a Technical Architect, a QA Engineer and the Head of CRM Systems. The Senior Power Platform Developer will report to the Head of CRM Systems Head of CRM Systems and work in close collaboration with the team members located in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Denmark.\n\nThe Lithuanian IT office:\n\nThe Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI/Data/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of CRM developer profiles, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.\n\n Key responsibilities:\n\n Understand business needs and operational processes to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain server-side functionality using C#, Dataverse Plugins, Custom APIs and other platform extensibility capabilities.\n\nAlign technical design and architecture with the Technical Architect and Developers within the CRM team\n\nCollaborate closely with the Technical Architect to design technical solutions, evaluate implementation approaches and ensure alignment with the overall CRM architecture.\n\nCollaborate with the Functional Leads, Senior Consultants and Developers in refinement of new features\n\nAct as sparring for other Power Platform Developers in the team.\n\nEnsure high-quality technical delivery through test, code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to development standards.\n\nCreate and maintain accurate technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared and documentation remains up to date.\n\nSupport platform governance by promoting standardization, best practices, and scalable solution design\n\nDrive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.\n\nPerform system maintenance, upgrades, and platform enhancements while minimizing disruption to business users.\n\nSupport the CRM team members in questions regarding functionality and business logic\n\nContribute to team success by delivering assigned tasks on time and supporting colleagues to keep projects on schedule.\n\nCollaborate and coordinate with developers and data engineers in other teams to align on features with dependencies across teams.\n\n Your profile:\n\n Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with app development using the Microsoft Power Platform tools.\n\nExperienced in Power Platform Solutions, solution layering, managed and unmanaged solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, test and multiple production environments.\n\nExperienced in working with Dataverse configuration and role-based security (Tables, Relationships, Forms, Views, Security Roles).\n\nExperienced in creating and maintaining Power Automate flows.\n\nExperienced in working with Model-driven apps and custom code to extend the platform capabilities and meet complex requirements.\n\nExperienced in developing with JavaScript, TypeScript.\n\nExperienced in developing Dataverse Plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Actions and server-side business logic.\n\nStrong experience with C# and .NET development, including object-oriented programming and writing maintainable, testable code.\n\nExcellent communication and team collaboration skills.\n\nFluent in written and spoken English.\n\nExperience with Azure functions, SQL and API Management is an advantage but not required.\n\nExperience with Copilot Studio, Agents and Azure AI Foundry is an advantage but not required.\n\nExperience with Unit Testing is an advantage but not required.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n\nDelivering high-quality CRM functionality that supports business objectives.\n\nDeliver user friendly and intuitive features, that perform well on different devices.\n\n Deliver solutions that are well-designed to cater for ease of maintenance, future enhancements and scalability.\n\nDeliver a high level of quality and continuous focus on improvements.\n\nFollow best practice and procedures defined within the CRM Team and the Group IT organization.\n\nCurious to explore new technology, quick to learn new tools and adopt new ways of working.\n\nClose collaboration and being in touch with the CRM team members on a daily basis.\n\nBuild close relationships with all CRM team members as well as the team in the tech hub of Vilnius.\n\n Company offers:\n\n At Royal Unibrew, we’re not just about the bottom line – we’re about people.
