This role requires a creative thinker who can leverage new technologies and ideas to drive innovation.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\nLead the Solutioning architecture and Design of generative AI solutions, leveraging NLP, text analytics, sentiment analysis, transformer models, gen-AI, LLM and vector databases to drive innovation and business impact.\nTechnical Guidance & Leadership: Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nProposal, Estimation & Demos: Lead proposal creation, develop PoCs, and participate in RFP/RFI responses.\nPresentation & Communication: Deliver presentations, document architecture decisions, and engage with stakeholders.\nDevelop and execute gen-AI roadmaps, ensuring the successful delivery of gen-AI projects/solutions from ideation to deployment.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nInnovate and experiment with new Gen AI technologies to enhance our product offerings.\nOversee the design and optimization of gen-AI algorithms, models, and frameworks, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and accuracy\nExperiment with cutting-edge techniques and stay abreast of advancements in the field of generative AI.\nCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable gen-AI solutions, driving tangible value for the organization.\nTake ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.\nMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.\nLead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, Flask,FastAPI, SQL, and JavaScript.\nEnsure adherence to architectural best practices and standards.\nWork on deploying AI models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability.\nProvide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development in AI technologies.\nCultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to achieve AI excellence\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph).\nMust have experience working with any agentic framework. \nDeep understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, SSO, IAM), and API management.\nExperience with microservices, serverless computing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with Azure AI Search or vector databases.\nKnowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and processes.\nProven ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to work effectively with clients and internal teams.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nPositive attitude and a proactive approach to work.\nGood knowledge of cloud platforms and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nExtensive experience in developing and deploying Python applications. \nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.\nAbility to write modular and maintainable code using Python.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.\nIt would be an added advantage if the candidate holds certifications in cloud technologies and Generative AI.\n\nBehavioural Skills\nExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset for AI implementation.\nDemonstrated thought leadership in AI, evidenced by publications, patents, or industry
