UX Designer

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in interaction design, information design, graphic design, or visual communication. game design or related areas with at least 4 years of experience or a master's degree in the same fields with at least 3 years of experience designing and shipping products.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver visually stunning and effective artefacts, including journey maps, prototypes and mockups that address users' needs.
• Drive and passion to address user needs by developing high-quality journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, design system assets and high-fidelity artefacts.
• The ability to innovate and adapt design processes for a high-impact, fast-paced startup environment solving for the next billion users.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to plan, think and execute the above.
• Demonstrable ability to use AI tools as a sparring partner and critique output of AI tools.
• The desire to be the voice of the user, raise the quality bar for design and storytelling, and help create a fun, positive, collaborative environment.
• Prior experience with launching design systems and at least one complex feature or product, working closely with engineers.
• Prior experience designing for India/new internet users/next billion user products.
