You are a leader across the team and thrive on building relationships with visitors and exceeding their expectations ensuring visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards.\nIf you believe that you are the right candidate for this new and exciting role, and feel that you'll bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, apply today!\nKey Responsibilities:\nWelcome all visitors to the space\n\nHost and monitor teams through their experience\n\nEnsure areas are clean and presentable\n\nKeep up to date with bookings and queries\n\nMaintain the equipment and technology\n\nAnswer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-by\n\nCommunicate and cooperate with other venue staff and the wider team\n\nResponsible for opening or closing the venue\n\nSupport the venue management with leading and developing the team.\n\nExperience:\nPreviously worked in hospitality, retail or entertainment for at least 2 years\n\nOrganized with a great eye for detail\n\nConsistent positive attitude\n\nConfident with computer and tablet technology\n\nWilling to work flexible hours\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nWhat Person are we looking for?\nOptimistic, enthusiastic, and “can do” attitude\n\nStrong sense of ownership, but understands when to escalate issues\n\nPrecise, organized, and attentive to detail\n\nThrives in a fast and changing environment\n\nCalm under pressure.
