With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus.\nWhat will you do?\nDefine and maintain the avionics architecture for space systems, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.\nEnsure compliance with ECSS and ESA space standards across avionics design and integration.\nManage and coordinate external equipment suppliers, including technical follow-up and interfaces.\nDefine, review, and control Interface Control Documents (ICDs).\nDesign and supervise time distribution architectures within spacecraft systems.\nWork with space-qualified communication buses such as SpaceWire, CAN, RS422, ensuring correct implementation and performance.\nProvide technical leadership in avionics-related decisions and system trade-offs.\nReview and validate technical documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience ensuring compliance with ECSS or ESA space standards.\nHands-on experience managing external suppliers and ICDs.\nDeep technical knowledge of time distribution methodologies in space systems.\nExpertise in space-qualified communication bus architectures (SpaceWire, CAN, RS422, among others).\n5-10 years of experience working under ECSS standards.\nHigh level of English.\nDon’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
