With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus.\nWhat will you do?\nDesign, develop, and maintain avionics database architectures for space systems.\nDefine and manage data models, structures, and organization of avionics data.\nEnsure proper data versioning and configuration control using tools such as Git or SVN.\nCollaborate with avionics domain teams (OBSW, Operations, AOCS) to ensure data consistency and integration.\nSupport the integration of avionics databases into system architecture and workflows.\nDevelop and maintain software components using Java, C++, or other object-oriented languages.\nCoordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.\nContribute to technical documentation, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience in at least one avionics functional domain (OBSW, Operations, or AOCS).\nProven experience in data management, organization, and versioning systems (Git or SVN).\nStrong programming skills in Java or other object-oriented languages (C/C++).\n5-10 years of relevant experience.\nHigh level of English.\nDon’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
