Buscamos Backend Developer IA (NodeJS) con ganas de trabajar en nuestros equipos multidisciplinarios.
Requisitos: Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo Backend. Experiencia desarrollando APIs REST, microservicios e integraciones con Node.js y TypeScript. Conocimientos de NestJS, FastAPI y Python básico. Experiencia con Kafka, Docker, CI/CD y arquitecturas cloud y distribuidas. Conocimientos de IA Generativa, LLM, agentes inteligentes y Prompt Engineering, así como experiencia utilizando IA en el ciclo de desarrollo de software (SDLC). Conocimientos de Azure, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB y SQL Server. Experiencia con Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, MCP o Function Calling. (Deseable)Condiciones de trabajo: Trabajo híbrido (3 veces por semana) en el distrito de Surquillo. De lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:30 pm.
