Governance and Service Management\nOversee cybersecurity service towers including Security Operations, Security Testing, Security Platforms Support, and General Cybersecurity Support Services.\nOwn and maintain service delivery frameworks, policies, governance processes, and standard operating procedures.\nManage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFacilitate cybersecurity governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level service reviews.\nServe as a key advisor to client leadership on cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and service improvement initiatives.\nTranslate technical cybersecurity risks and operational issues into business-focused recommendations for senior stakeholders.\nSupport cybersecurity strategy execution, roadmap alignment, and maturity improvement initiatives.\nB. Operational Leadership\nDirect cybersecurity service operations and ensure service stability, quality, and performance.\nOversee security testing engagements, platform operations, incident management, and escalation management.\nEnsure timely handling of service requests, change requests, and technical escalations.\nFacilitate post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.\nC. Stakeholder and Customer Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity service delivery matters.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business units, executives, auditors, regulators, and external partners.\nPresent weekly, monthly, and quarterly service performance reports to executive stakeholders.\nEnsure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.\nD. People and Resource Management\nLead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity delivery teams.\nPlan staffing, capability development, and succession planning.\nCoordinate on-call schedules and escalation paths.\nE. Compliance, Risk, and Quality Assurance\nEnsure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nMaintain audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits.\nDrive risk mitigation and service quality improvement initiatives.\nF. Financial and Strategic Management\nManage budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.\nSupport business development through proposal reviews, costing, and service scoping.\nContribute to cybersecurity capability maturity and service innovation initiatives.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years of cybersecurity, information security, IT risk, governance, or cybersecurity operations experience.\nAt least 5 years in a leadership, service delivery, governance, or management role.\nProven experience in one or more of the following:Security Operations / SOC\nCybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)\nInformation Security Management\nCybersecurity Service Delivery\nSecurity Platforms and Operations\nCybersecurity Program Management\n\nExperience engaging senior stakeholders, business leaders, auditors, regulators, and executive management.\nExperience leading cybersecurity governance, operational oversight, or transformation initiatives.\nTechnical Competencies\nFamiliarity with Security Operations, Security Testing, Security Platforms, Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance.\nStrong understanding of ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.\nStrong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP, CISM, CISA\nITIL Foundation or Intermediate\nISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor\nPMP or PRINCE2\nPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES\nStrong
