organization's network infrastructure while coordinating with network carriers and third-party vendors to ensure reliable and efficient network operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure, maintain, troubleshoot, and recover network devices and infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.\nMonitor network performance, investigate connectivity issues, and coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve incidents and service disruptions.\nImplement and maintain network security controls, including AAA, TACACS+, RADIUS, Access Control Lists (ACLs), encrypted passwords, and privileged access management.\nAdminister network services and protocols, including VLANs, STP, VTP, HSRP, Inter-VLAN Routing, NAT, SNMP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.\nPerform network device upgrades, patch management, configuration backups, and changes in accordance with established change management procedures.\nEstablish and enforce network configuration standards and baselines, monitor configuration compliance, and address configuration deviations.\nEnsure network availability and resilience by testing redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery readiness.\nMaintain network authentication services and enforce secure access controls.\nGovern cloud and hybrid network configuration standards and ensure alignment with operational and security requirements.\nMonitor hardware lifecycle management, including End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) planning.\nManage vendor relationships, monitor SLA compliance, coordinate escalations, and conduct vendor performance reviews.\nOversee vendor onboarding, service transitions, offboarding, and vendor-related changes.\nReview vendor billing, identify cost optimization opportunities, and mitigate operational risks.\nLead coordination among multiple vendors during major incidents and network outages.\nMaintain network documentation, operational runbooks, performance reports, and audit-ready configuration records.\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 4 years of relevant experience in Network Administration or Network Engineering.\nHands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and network security controls.\nExperience working with network carriers, third-party vendors, and service providers.\nFamiliarity with IT service management, incident management, change management, and SLA monitoring.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.\nWillingness to provide on-call support during weekends and after regular office
