Ensure that any, and all changes, are controlled via the PDM into the process change tool\nAssist in obtaining and apply costs from third party quotes and adjust for missing services e.g. packaging/shipping to consignee, consider exchange rates, warranty & durations, etc.\nLiaise & agree with Application Engineer and Programme Manager the required or appropriate NRC’s (Non Recurring Expenses)\nPresent the OPW cost sheet and obtain the necessary departmental and Company sign offs following the current outlined processes\nMaintain the OPW cost template, seeking to drive improvements into this tool or seek an alternate solution for the completion of the estimating task \nAny other duties as agreed with Line Management\nQuality:\nDemonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude to changing priorities or direction\nDemonstrate excellent team working skills working collaboratively in own department, across the company and with external customers, suppliers and agencies as required\nComply with the company and departmental procedures\nContribute and / or lead process improvements\nAdopt a quality approach and foster a quality culture\nShow the highest level of commitment to delivering exceptional customer service\nUnderstand and conform to the standards contained in the Company Standards of Business Ethics\nRequirements\nQuialifications\nEducated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a minimum requirement in English and Maths.\nTechnical knowledege\nStrong coordination and planning skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experienced in using data management software.\nGood general IT skills and confidence using digital systems and applications.\nAny of the following working experiences:\nExperience working within a Programme Management Office (PMO) environment.\nExperience in an Operations or Administrative role.\nExperience in a customer-facing delivery role.\nDemonstrable commercial acumen and/or relevant commercial experience.\nExperience in customer- and delivery-focused roles.\nPersonal Skills and Abilities\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to organise and prioritise own workload, seeking guidance when required.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a varied range of stakeholders.\nAbility to apply a logical and structured approach to problem-solving, considering and weighing the merits of alternative solutions.\nHighly self-motivated, positive and adaptable, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.\nA hands-on, proactive and can-do approach to work.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nNote\nIn exceptional circumstances, individual requirements may be relaxed where appropriate.
