solutioning, and transition activities for new and existing SAP engagements.\nMentor SAP consultants and contribute to capability development within the delivery unit.\nDelivery & Quality Expectations\nEnsure SAP AMS services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, quality standards, and customer expectations.\nDrive consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement across SAP support engagements.\nEnsure SAP solutions align with architectural standards and SAP best practices.\nMaintain appropriate documentation for service processes, solution decisions, and architectural recommendations.\nCollaboration & Communication\nBuild strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and SAP delivery teams.\nCommunicate service performance, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly and proactively.\nProvide leadership and guidance to SAP teams across the delivery unit.\nMaintain professional conduct and effective stakeholder relationships.\nQualifications\nAt least 10 years of SAP consulting experience.\nStrong experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS), production support, and service delivery.\nExperience leading SAP support teams and managing customer-facing delivery activities.\nStrong understanding of SAP solution architecture and the SAP technology landscape.\nSAP certification is an
