Our mission is to create a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable future through technology.\nJoin our Software Production Division, leading Web Portals projects!\nThis unit is responsible for the design and development of advanced web solutions for critical environments, ensuring accessibility, security, and high-quality user experience in large-scale platforms.\nWhat will you do?\nLead and coordinate a Web Portals development team (10-15 people).\nSupervise the technical progress of projects and monitor assigned tasks.\nProvide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team.\nConduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.\nEnsure proper technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.\nParticipate in the design and development of web portals, ensuring quality and functionality.\nEnsure the application of best practices in web security and data protection.\nContribute to defining UI/UX and accessibility standards (WCAG).\nWhat are we looking for in you?\nAt least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects.\nMinimum 5 years of experience developing web applications and portals.\nStrong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.\nKnowledge of web security, UI/UX, and accessibility standards (WCAG).\nExperience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX-RS, JAX-WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.\nExperience with relational databases (Oracle) and PL/SQL.\nDon’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
