The Agency Sales Lead - MENA is an enterprise sales position responsible for securing high-value agency media agreements and multi-market budget commitments across the Middle East and North Africa. Operating from Dubai, you will leverage existing, senior-level relationships across the Big 6 agency holding networks and enterprise brand marketers to establish a predictable, long-term revenue pipeline.
As the first commercial sales lead in the region, your responsibilities extend from initial client outreach to internal operational setup. You will actively collaborate with internal Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to build localized contracting frameworks and resolve procedural bottlenecks. Additionally, you will serve as a primary intelligence channel, gathering agency requirements to directly inform global product and feature roadmaps.
