skills, particularly in managing large-scale recruitment efforts\nExperience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on meeting targets and performance optimization\nIntermediate or Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and track KPIs\nAvailability for business travel to manage recruitment activities across different regions\nDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (either in progress or completed)\nSales team management experience is highly desirable, particularly in recruitment or acquisition environments\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in driver recruitment and recommend improvements\nAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving recruitment demands and market
