You’ll own close, reporting and audit, partner with local management, and bring each business in line with inDrive’s standards.\nIt’s a hands-on role for a controller who enjoys multi-entity complexity and wants real influence on how acquisitions integrate.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn month-end close and reporting for one or more acquired entities\nReview balance sheet reconciliations and key journal entries\nPartner with local management to understand the business and explain results vs. budget and forecast\nSupport budgeting, forecasting and earn-out tracking\nBook and maintain PPA entries; provide input for valuations and technical memos\nHandle audit requests and act as the auditors’ main contact for your entities\nAlign local policies, processes and controls with corporate standards (incl.
