You will handle intercompany services, loans, royalties, and cost allocations, and take part in month-end and year-end close. Your work will include account reconciliations, interest accruals, intercompany eliminations, and support for external audits. You will collaborate closely with Finance Controllers and with the Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams, and help implement our new ERP system (NetSuite).\nWe are looking for a confident professional who is comfortable working across local statutory accounting standards and US GAAP.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecord and manage all intercompany transactions across the group\nEnsure accuracy of primary documentation and compliance with intercompany agreements\nPerform monthly and quarterly intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies\nCalculate and accrue interest on intercompany loans\nCalculate and post cost-plus intercompany transactions, including mark-ups and related journal entries\nPrepare intercompany journal entries, accruals, reclassifications and eliminations\nCalculate and post cost allocations and recharges\nSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes\nMaintain and initiate intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal teams\nEnsure compliance with transfer pricing policies and group accounting standards\nParticipate in ERP (NetSuite) implementation and improvement of intercompany processes\nPrepare documentation and support audits, tax reviews and treasury-related requests\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n5+ years of accounting experience in international companies\nStrong hands-on experience in intercompany accounting\nSolid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP\nExperience with period close, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations\nExperience with intercompany loans, interest calculations, cost-plus transactions, cost allocations and related journal entries \nParticipation in audits and preparation of supporting documentation\nExperience working with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)\nConfident
