we’d love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end fraud investigations across countries, ensuring timely closure\nGather, preserve, and document digital and operational evidence in line with chain-of-custody best practices\nConduct structured interviews (in-person or video) with whistleblowers, witnesses, and internal stakeholders. \nPrepare clear, well-structured investigation reports and case summaries for internal stakeholders\nIdentify control gaps or process weaknesses through investigations and recommend remediation actions\nIdentify systemic fraud patterns and conduct root cause analysis on recurring case types, translating findings into actionable recommendation\nMonitor implementation of controls across business units \nParticipate in cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing sessions\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of investigation procedures, templates, and methodologies - including responsible use of AI for efficiency\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nBachelor’s degree.\n7+ years of investigation experience, including independently managing investigations end to end, from intake through evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and formal reporting.\nProfessional proficiency in Russian and English - mandatory.\nStrong skills in evidence handling and chain of custody, structured interviewing and statement-taking, OSINT, link analysis and relationship mapping.\nExperience with NUIX, Relativity, digital evidence handling, and data analytics.\nBig 4 experience is preferred.\n Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification -
