comprehensive accounting policies by leveraging US GAAP technical accounting guidance and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\nProactively identify inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and design innovative solutions to address them.\nPartner with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\nAssist with processing the Company's employee equity grants.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nHave 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments, including 3+ years of experience in a public company.\nHold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA certification (or equivalent) preferred.\nHave demonstrated experience with payroll accounting and related compliance requirements\nPossess a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and system implementations.\nAre proficient in NetSuite or similar accounting software, with experience in financial systems integration.\nExhibit exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams effectively.\nHave keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.\nAre a self-starter who is able to work independently, identify issues, and implement solutions without significant oversight.\nPossess strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights.\nHave excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.\n\n Strong Candidates
