In this role, you will run the division's planning rhythm, internal and external communications and people initiatives. You will work closely with heads of functions and C-level leadership across several time zones. This is a maternity cover role: a chance to step into a high-visibility position, work side by side with Operations leadership and leave your mark on how the division runs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlanning and goals: Coordinate the division's annual, quarterly and monthly OKR cycles, from planning sessions to check-ins and progress tracking.\nPrepare reporting templates and presentations for division reviews.\nCommunications: Organize quarterly all-hands and meetings with C-level leadership.\nOwn the Operations input to the monthly company digest: collect updates from managers, edit them and deliver on time.\nProduce the quarterly internal Operations digest and send company-wide communications on behalf of the division head.\nPeople and culture: Run the division's recognition and engagement programs, including annual Operations awards, birthdays and team events.\nPartner with the HRBP on division announcements and follow-up on engagement survey actions.\nPartner relations: Manage the New Year gift program for external partners end to end, covering contact data, concept, landing page, logistics and communication.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nBachelor's degree.\n3-5 years of experience in consulting, project or process management; an IT or tech background is a strong plus.\nProven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including presenting to and working with C-level leaders.\nStrong data skills: confident in Google Sheets/Excel and in turning data into clear reports and presentations.\nAI literacy and confident everyday use of AI tools;
