company.\nYou’ll work directly with VPs, Directors and Heads across regions, in close partnership with the wider Communications division.\nThis is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of the leadership and change communications agenda.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nStrengthen leadership alignment: help leaders build a shared understanding of company direction, priorities and changes, and translate it into clear communication with their teams\nBuild effective communication tools: develop concise briefings, guidelines, templates and formats that help leaders and People & Culture communicate confidently and consistently\nCreate practical frameworks for change: make it easier for teams to plan and communicate changes, with clear steps, responsibilities and tools that work across functions and regions\nDevelop our global leadership community: design and run formats that connect leaders, support meaningful discussion and help them learn from one another\nAdvise and prepare senior leaders: help them sharpen their messages, explain the context behind decisions and create space for questions and feedback\nConnect global priorities with local context: work with regional teams to keep communication relevant while maintaining a shared company direction\n Measure clarity and alignment: build a framework to understand what employees and leaders know, where gaps remain and which communication approaches work best\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, or consulting, including leadership and change communications\nExperience advising senior leaders and helping them communicate clearly and effectively\nStrong writing and editorial judgment: you can distil complex information into concise, useful messages\nA track record of creating communication tools, processes or frameworks that people actually adopt\nUnderstanding of change management and how communications connect with organizational design and leadership development\nConfidence to challenge a brief, ask good questions and recommend a simpler or more effective approach\nAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity and bring
