company, 3+ years in a similar role\nExperience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure with influence by leadership skills\nExperience working with a mobile product, preferably ride-hailing or similar tech industry\nProven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment\nHands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed\nAbility to develop market insights and marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness\nStrong data and analytical
