and contribute to the evolution of design systems\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams\nLeverage product metrics and user insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve solutions\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n5+ years of experience in product design, particularly for high-scale, mobile-first consumer products\nProven experience in growth-focused products, loyalty programs, or complex ecosystem/SuperApp environments\nProficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and automate routine design tasks\nHands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping and rapid experimentation\nStrong background in designing complex, large-scale digital products\nStrong product thinking and the ability to drive business outcomes and influence product metrics\nExcellent visual and UI design skills, with a strong attention to detail\nExperience working with and contributing to large-scale design systems\nWhy
