stories with Given/When/Then acceptance criteria and edge cases\nModel the system: state machines (cart, order, payment, refund), domain models, and sequence diagrams\nDefine API contracts and event schemas (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI) and specify partner and payment integrations\nSpecify failure and concurrency behaviour (retries, duplicates, timeouts), and NFRs with concrete numbers\nShape service boundaries and data ownership with architects, recorded as ADRs\nWrite specs as machine-readable inputs for AI agents and review their output against intent\nWork with QA and analytics on test scenarios, events, and KPIs\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n 5+ years as a system analyst in e-commerce, marketplace, or grocery\nStrong requirements and modelling skills (UML/BPMN, state machines, domain models)\nSolid backend understanding: REST and event-driven systems, API design, idempotency, eventual consistency\nConfident SQL to verify data yourself\nHands-on experience with AI assistants and awareness of their failure modes\nClear written English and comfort challenging stakeholders with evidence\n Nice to have\nPartner integrations and payments (PCI DSS)\nSpec-driven or AI-assisted
