This role works closely with software developers, customers, and IT teams to build and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available solutions across Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver with strong cloud application management and deployment experience who is passionate about learning and implementing the latest Microsoft technologies.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDeploy and maintain .NET web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.\n\nWork Tier 3 client support tickets, communicating status/progress updates on technical topics to non technical clients and internal stakeholders\n\nTroubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, test, and production environments.\n\nParticipate in on-call support and operational incident response activities to maintain high system availability and security.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and support automation tools, scripts, and processes that streamline software builds, deployments, and code management throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\n\nUtilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and infrastructure monitoring platforms to support modern SaaS practices and continuous improvement efforts.\n\nPartner with development teams to plan, coordinate, and execute application releases and production deployments.\n\nSupport and administer Windows Server infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud services.\n\nManage existing Azure environments while assisting with the onboarding and configuration of new customer subscriptions.\n\nAdminister and support IIS and other core application services.\n\nMonitor application and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving performance, availability, and reliability issues.\n\nEvaluate production applications and infrastructure to improve security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with SQL Server DBA’s as needed on database related application performance issues\n\nCollaborate with the DevOps Team to enhance automation, monitoring, and operational processes to ensure production-quality service delivery.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and customers to design solutions, resolve technical issues, and support ongoing improvements.\n\nStay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\n5+ years of experience working on a software development, DevOps, infrastructure, or IT operations team.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and platform administration.\n\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server based web applications and source control systems such as Git.\n\nExperience with software development collaboration platforms, preferably Atlassian and Azure DevOps.\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.\n\nExperience supporting core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPassion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry supporting containerized applications.\n\nExperience supporting highly available, 24/7/365 production environments.\n\nExperience with Azure App Services and other Azure Container services\n\nExperience using infrastructure monitoring and logging tools such as Azure App Insights, Azure Monitor, Site24/7, Grafana, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud security best practices, vulnerability management, and risk assessment methodologies.\n\nFundamental networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.\n\nProven ability and willingness to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable automation
