By offering mentorship and robust Training and Development opportunities, INDUS continues its pursuit to be the Employer of Choice.\nReporting to the Program Manager, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing EuroMIDS BFM support and serving as the expert in managing funds for the MIDS International Program Office (IPO) European Partner Nations. The position is responsible for populating and maintaining \"real-time data\" in the EuroMIDS Financial System. The candidate shall track and analyze the execution data and prepare status reports, initial and revisions, within the time required to meet program-scheduled deadlines. The Contractor shall assist and prepare Financial Accounting Datasheets (FADs) for MIDS contracting efforts with EuroMIDS.\nThis is a contingent position expected to be located in San Diego, CA. The pay range for the position will be provided at the time the position is no longer conting\nWhat You'll Do\nPerforms all functional duties independently.\nProvide financial management support for a branch, office, organization, or department.\nCoordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.\nManage finances across multiple funding types.\nTrack budgets, costs, and variances.\nProduce executive summaries.\nConduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.\nDevelop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.\nInterpret and apply financial management principles.\nApply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.\nBid and proposal support if requested.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university required in finance, business, leadership or a related field. \nFive (5) years of experience in DoD financial management experience.\nFive (5) years of experience in financial systems.\nFive (5) years of experience in a DoD International Program Office.\nFive (5) years of experience in working with International Banks, reviewing, routing, and coordinating International Banking aggreements.\nAbility to work independently and as a team member.\nMust possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. \nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to complete concurrent tasks\nAbility to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills. \nMust possess strong time management skills. \nMust be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.\nTravel Required ~10% travel required. \nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working in the Multifunctional Information System (MIDS) Program Office, or similar DoD Program that manages foreign funding.\nExperience with WebFM.\nExperience working in Navy ERP.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time.
