This position is located in San Diego, CA.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist in developing and executing a risk management strategy and respective program for NAVWAR to include preparing high visibility strategy and process documents/instructions and ensuing deliverables for NAVWAR’s executive leadership.\n\nAssist in developing Echelon I and NAVWAR executive leadership deliverables for the DON IRM Program (e.g., analyze documents, track various deadlines, and liaise with various stakeholders).\n\nDevelop, update, maintain, track, and share best practices, lessons learned, documentation, metrics, and applicable governance to streamline risk management using related tools ( e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO), Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) module, eGRC, and ETMS2).\n\nAssist in executing tasks via an Agile methodology (via ADO tool) and ensure comfortability with becoming an Agile SME.\n\nLead and/or participate in risk-related data calls.\n\nPrepare analyses regarding acquisition and risk management guidance. Assist with distributing guidance to stakeholders, as necessary.\n\nRepresent NAVWAR 6.0’s Risk Management Lead (e.g., in meetings), as needed, and provide detailed notes and action reports.\n\nBid and proposal support if requested.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university required.\nSeven (7) years of experience providing acquisition program/project management support and applying risk management policies and procedures in a NAVWAR, US Navy, or similar DoD environment.\nStrong understanding of the NAVWAR enterprise, risk management principles (key terminology, methodologies, and frameworks)\nMust possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. \nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nDemonstrated problem-solving skills. \nMust possess strong time management skills. \nMust be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nDesired Qualifications:\nRelevant acquisition program risk management training (e.g., Risk management-related credential from the Warfighting Acquisition University).\nDAWIA or Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management.\nRelevant commercial certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Professional Risk Manager (PRM).\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.\nINDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
