By offering mentorship and robust Training and Development opportunities, INDUS continues its pursuit to be the Employer of Choice.\nReporting to the Program Manager, the Material Coordinator responsibilites are to maintain 100% accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and company property, process supply requisitions, and manage the full lifecycle of materiel from receipt through final DLA disposition. Arranges and accelerates flow of equipment, materials, parts, assemblies, and other materials according to schedules or priorities, and compiles and keeps manual or computerized records. Checks schedules and related information and confers with others to determine requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material on the Test Operations Support Services (TOSS)contract. This position is located in Fallbrook, CA.\nWhat You'll Do\n Process supply requests, manage purchase orders, and validate financial/inventory data using commercial or government ERP systems. \nConduct cyclical and annual physical inventories to ensure strict accountability of all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).\nManage the demilitarization (DEMIL) and turn-in process for excess, damaged, or obsolete government property to DLA Disposition Services.\nUtilize the Electronic Turn-in Document (ETIDS) system.\nOptimize warehouse layout, manage storage space allocation, and ensure the physical security of sensitive inventory.\nMaintain auditable, audit-ready records of all supply transactions.\nPrepare standard military/contractor transfer and disposal forms (e.g., DD Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149).\nEnsure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) property clauses.\nProvides general labor to set up test ranges and to assist customer with other labor needs.\nBid and proposal support if requested.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.\nHS Diploma required.\nThree (3) years of experience providing supply chain management, warehousing, or inventory control, preferably within a government contracting or defense environment.\nMust possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. \nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nDemonstrated problem-solving skills. \nMust possess strong time management skills. \nMust be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.\nTravel Required 10% travel required. \nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExpertise in standard commercial ERP/WMS software, as well as familiarity with government electronic disposal systems (ETIDS). \nAdvanced technical training or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.\nPrior military logistics experience (such as MOS 3043, 3051, or equivalent in other branches) is highly valued but not required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking. \nThe work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, or recurring and considerable walking, stooping, bending, crouching, and climbing such as performing regular shop activities, inspections, or to observe and study operations in an industrial or comparable work area, or on-board ships, submarines, and/or in weapon facilities.\nINDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology).
