Senior Data Engineer to drive the design, development, and scaling of its cloud-native data platform on Microsoft Azure.\n\nThe role involves leading data engineering initiatives, architecting scalable data solutions, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing to enterprise-wide data transformation.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native data engineering solutions on Azure.\n\n- Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).\n\n- Design and implement modern Lakehouse and data platform architectures using Azure services.\n\n- Work with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Synapse Analytics.\n\n- Develop robust data models and data integration frameworks for enterprise analytics.\n\n- Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.\n\n- Enable integration with Power BI and support self-service analytics capabilities.\n\n- Ensure data platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with business, analytics, architecture, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.\n\n- Drive best practices around data engineering, cloud adoption, development standards, and platform governance.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks\n\n- PySpark and Python\n\n- Azure Data Factory (ADF)\n\n- Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)\n\n- Azure Synapse Analytics\n\n- Data Modeling\n\n- Lakehouse Architecture\n\n- Azure DevOps, CI/CD & Git\n\n- Power BI integration and self-service analytics\n\nEducation & Certifications : \n\nEssential : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.\n\nPreferred Certifications : \n\n- Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)\n\n- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)\n\n- Databricks Associate/Professional certifications\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\n- 14 -
