The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes in the Vehicle Finance domain.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nProgram / Project Delivery : \n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\n\n- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.\n\n- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.\n\nSalesforce Implementation Oversight : \n\n- Oversee Salesforce LOS implementation including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting.\n\n- Ensure alignment with business processes such as lead management, credit evaluation, sanctioning, and disbursement stages.\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Management : \n\n- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.\n\n- Manage external vendors / SI partners for development and support activities.\n\n- Drive governance forums, status reporting, and steering committee updates.\n\nDomain Leadership Vehicle Finance : \n\n- Drive implementation of vehicle finance journeys (2W, PV, CV, CE, Tractor) on Salesforce.\n\n- Ensure alignment with end-to-end LOS lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement processes.\n\nRisk, Compliance & Governance : \n\n- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.\n\n- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and control frameworks.\n\nProcess Optimization & Transformation : \n\n- Drive initiatives to improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Lead transformation initiatives such as automation, integration enhancements, and cross-sell enablement.\n\nTesting & Release Governance : \n\n- Oversee SIT/UAT cycles, release planning, and production deployment.\n\n- Ensure defect closure, stability, and user adoption post go-live.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies : \n\nFunctional & Domain Skills : \n\n- Strong understanding of Vehicle Finance / Auto Loans / LOS processes.\n\n- Experience working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / LOS implementations).\n\n- Understanding of credit workflows, approval matrix, and compliance-driven processes.\n\nProgram Management Skills : \n\n- Proven experience in managing large programs and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Strong planning, risk management, and delivery governance capabilities.\n\n- Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models.\n\nTechnical Understanding : \n\n- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture (objects, workflows, integrations).\n\n- Exposure to integrations with systems such as credit bureaus, BRE, core banking, APIs.\n\nCommunication & Leadership : \n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\n\n- Ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams.\n\n- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExperience & Qualification : \n\n- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.\n\n- Prior experience in Salesforce implementations (mandatory).\n\n- Experience in BFSI / NBFC domain (Vehicle Finance preferred).\n\n- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Business.\n\n- PMP / Prince2 / Salesforce certifications (preferred).\n\nPreferred Exposure : \n\n- Salesforce LOS / CRM transformation programs.\n\n- Vendor management and SI engagement.\n\n- Digital transformation initiatives in lending journeys.\n\nKey Success Factors : \n\n- Strong ownership of large-scale Salesforce delivery programs.\n\n- Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystem.\n\n- Expertise in vehicle finance processes
